RATES AND SEASONS
PLEASE NOTE - ALL DISCOUNTS AND "SPECIALS" WILL BE CALCULATED AT TIME OF CONFIRMATION
"QUICK QUOTE" DOES NOT PROVIDE DISCOUNTED RATE ON BOOKING MODULE .

DEFINITIONS:

Winter Rates: Applies for the dates of (November 1st through Mid March).

Value Season Rates: Applies for the dates of Mid March to Mid June and the month of October.

Summer Season & Holiday Rates: Applies for the dates of Mid June through mid September and Major Holidays.

Holiday Minimum: There is a 4 night minimum stay at the High rate during Thanksgiving week. There is a 3 night minimum stay at the High rate during Christmas/ New Years week.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION:

Winter Special: Every 3rd night is FREE based on paying 2 nights at the “Value Season” rate Nov. 1st through Mid March. Note: Holidays do not apply for "winter special".

7th Night Free: 7th night is FREE on ALL weeks except dates in July and August.

Limits on Discounts: There will be no discounts given in July or August

TAXES:

There is an 8% tax added to nightly rate. (7% county and 1% state)

INTERNET POLICY:

Many of our homes provide internet access via DSL or Wireless. Please note that we are not responsible should the Internet Carrier fail to provide service at any time during your stay.

PHONE:

Cell phone service in Arch Cape can be spotty no matter your carrier. Land telephones are provided in each home for local calls.

VIEW HOMES

LENGTH OF STAY REQUIREMENTS:

Due to Clatsop County rental ordinance for Arch Cape, we rent on a "weekly" basis. There is at least a 2-3 night minimum in our "off season" weeks, and a full week is required in our very busy summer months of late June, July and August (unless we have "last minute" availability & then we'll consider less than 1 week in the summer.) We do not take "1 night" reservations at any time. Thank you - A.C.P.S

PET POLICY:

Some of our home owners are generous to allow dogs in their homes. If you wish to search for pet-friendly homes, please visit our properties online and search using the pet-friendly option.

Pet-Friendly homes require a $30-$60 pet fee per dog (depending on length of stay). 1-2 dogs maximum; depending on home. Cats are not allowed at anytime.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or on bedding so kindly bring your dog's bed with you.

Dogs are never to be left alone in homes.

You are responsible to clean up after your pet and leave the yard in clean condition.

If these policies are violated during your stay, you may be charged. We appreciate your assistance in helping to honor our owner's requests as you rent their home.

SMOKING POLICY:

All homes are non-smoking.

Smokers will need to smoke outside away from open doors and windows and clean up and dispose of remnants. If this policy is violated, extra charges will occur and you will lose the opportunity to rent again from us, so we thank you for your consideration in this matter.
