We provide management of privately owned, short term, ocean front and ocean view rental homes. Just four miles south of Cannon Beach, our properties dot the shores of the Pacific Ocean from Arcadia, to Arch Cape, and Falcon Cove. We are approx.seven miles north of Manzanita.

Furnishings Include:

- Well equipped kitchens, washer & dryer

-Linens, bath towels, paper & soap supplies and firewood.

- Color TV VCR and DVD

- Immaculately clean upon arrival

- Cleaning service upon departure

- All homes are NON-SMOKING

- Some "pet friendly" homes available - $30.00 - $60.00 fee (depending on length of stay) required per pet. (Max. 2 pets)

Rate Schedules:

- Winter Rates: (November 1st through Mid March)

- Winter Special: Every 3rd night FREE based on paying 2 nights at the “Value Season” rate Nov. 1st through Mid March (holidays do not apply for "winter special")

- Value Season Rates: (Mid March to Mid June and the month of
October.

- Summer Season & Holiday Rates:
Mid June through the month of September and Major Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Weeks of Christmas through New Years.

- 7th. night FREE on ALL weeks except July and August
- No discounts in July or August

Due to Clatsop County rental ordinance for Arch Cape, we rent on a "weekly" basis. There is at least a two - three night minimum in our "off season" weeks, and a full week is required in our very busy summer months of late June, July and August (unless we have "last minute" availability & then we'll consider less than 1 week in the summer.) We do not take "1 night" reservations at any time. Thank you - A.C.P.S.
